Geosampa provides the complete database of the real estate tax registry related to IPTU (Property and Territorial Urban Tax) of the city. There are more than 85 million records and 21.5 GB of information about the properties in São Paulo. The publication of the IPTU database represents a significant advance in the actions of transparency of the City Hall by guaranteeing free access and reuse of information by citizens, and allowing the elaboration of studies, analyzes and cross-referencing with other data, fundamental to analyze the territorial and socio-economic aspects of the City.
