Concórdia System

The Concórdia system contains data relating to international acts celebrated by Brazil. This database comprises all entries in this system. As defined by the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, an international treaty is "an international agreement concluded in writing between States and governed by international law, whether embodied in a single instrument or in two or more related instruments, whatever its particular designation" (Art. 2, a).
