We are a technology project that uses artificial intelligence to audit public accounts and help with social control. The idea came from data scientist Irio Musskopf, as a way to actively participate in the democratic process, monitoring public spending. Sharing the idea with friends, it didn't take long for the project to gain strength, with a team of 10 people and over 600 volunteers willing to carry it out. Thus arose the Serenata de Amor Operation, focused on monitoring, with the aid of technology, the reimbursements made by the Quota for the Exercise of Parliamentary Activity (CEAP) - funds that cover food, transportation, accommodation and even expenses with culture and TV subscriptions of parliamentarians.
