This is the registration of individuals and legal entities that operate in the tourism sector (Law 8.623/93 and Law 11.771/2008). Registration is mandatory for tourist campsites, tourism agencies, tour guides, theme parks, event organizers, accommodation facilities and tourism carriers and optional for restaurants, cafeterias, bars and similar, water parks and leisure ventures, car rental companies for tourists, providers specialized in tourism segments, show houses, support ventures for nautical tourism or sport fishing, event infrastructure providers and convention centers.
