Company records and administrators of Brazilian legal entities. This dataset is published by the original source in the form of photographs. For each date, there is a snapshot of the universe of National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJs) and their attributes. Except for the dictionary table, the date column indicates the date on which the data was extracted and made available by the Ministry of Economy. Why does this happen? The attributes of the CNPJ (registration status; company record) are constantly changing. Publication in the form of photographs is a way of dealing with this peculiarity, since each date reflects the current state of the registration at a given time. How does this affect the analysis? In each photograph, all CNPJs (14-digit ID) are repeated. Therefore, there will be repetition of CNPJs if more than one date (photograph) is selected.
